If All is Mind, and All is Spiritual, then the key to Spiritual growth and maturation is found in a daily practice of meditation.

I must admit of late I have been very lax in my own meditation praxis. However I found myself under Spiritual attack lately, drawing down my Spiritual energies. This morning the initial statement above came to me, so I once again picked up the white stone*. Twenty two minutes of renewed meditation changed everything.

Because I live in a household of “ample” distraction, I find I can only really meditate listening to Solfeggio frequencies. I put the following together for myself and thought it would be helpful to provide you with the same. Many blessings…

* In the Bible human beings experience the power of God that flows to them as “manna.” Let us now consider the full character of this age. Yahweh reveals himself in the burning bush on Sinai. “Then Yahweh spoke to Moses: ‘I am the I am.’ And he spoke: ‘You should say to the sons of Israel: ‘The I am has sent me to you!'” (Exodus 3:13) With these words the people were told: The I am has sent me to you! Yahweh is the unpronounceable name of God[1]. The name “I” can never be spoken to a human being from outside. It is the intimate name of God that human beings are only permitted to receive, sanctified in their hearts[2]. It was written on the altar of the tabernacle. Therefore, we read: “To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna[3] and I will give him a white stone[4] with a new name written on the white stone …” (Rev. 2:17) Those who received the I learned through an inner power of the spirit to recognize the name with the hidden manna. Through the fact that Christ revealed himself in a physical body on the earth, human beings are to learn not to disdain the earth like the ascetics, but to recognize that this earth has something to give them[5]. And so, the thirst for existence[6] should not be extinguished but we should purify our desires[7]. The westerner should say: “Here work is done; here hands are in motion and what is achieved here is taken through the gate of death.[8]” It is not our intention to tell of miracles but, through legends[9], to come to realize what humanity has been given as wisdom[10].

  1. We are not permitted to voice the true name of God, nor is He to voice it to us.
  2. We are one with God in the sense we are created in His Image and therefore share this sacred name, I, with Him.
  3. Revelation of the hidden Mysteries of God, for those with eyes to see and ears to hear.
  4. Acceptance into the Kingdom, the opposite of a black stone of anathema.
  5. Not to reject what Mother Earth provides, nourishment but also a physical realm in which to learn. For example, one of the most precious gifts of the senses is the sense of (loving) touch, to touch another in Divine Love, to mesh one’s Etheric body with another.
  6. The Love of life, the heart of thankfulness for one’s life.
  7. To become the free, loving and moral beings we are meant to be.
  8. What we experience in life we take with us back to the Self in Spirit when we pass through the gate of death.
  9. Live your life as to be worthy of becoming legend.
  10. Let the pain and struggles of life become crystallized into Wisdom, the Wisdom of the Ages.
