Where is God?
As we struggle through these evil times, the question “where is God?” is expected, even healthy. It is the spark that can ignite the fire within that leads to the defeat of evil. However, asking the question from a viewpoint and opinion that He has abandoned “us” is foolish, defeatist, and, especially if from a mind of doubt, in my opinion, evil. (more…)
What is Truth?
37 Pilate therefore said to Him, “Are You a king then?”
Jesus answered, “You say rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.”
38 Pilate said to Him, “What is truth?” And when he had said this, he went out again to the Jews, and said to them, “I find no fault in Him at all…”

The ability of finding any truth or meaning to life has escaped modern man. There seems to to be an inability to conceive of something outside of one’s self in today’s society. People believe an array of things today. But belief will not create fact. Truth is independent of belief. No matter how hard I may try, believing something will not make it true. (more…)
My Great Awakening
I’m not one who really likes talking about himself. But I am not so guarded that I am unwilling to share personal “info” about myself when asked by a sincere party. Lord knows I wish my own children would ask more questions about who I am, who I once was, what my life growing up was like, etc. I only say that because those are the inquiries I regret never asking my own father before he died at just about the age I am now. But I am writing this article with the hope that my experience might help another deal with what is just over the horizon for humanity in our day and age. There is a fundamental shift that is about to happen – is happening, really – concerning human consciousness. How do I know that? Because others are saying so? No, “I” know it because it is happening to me personally – and has been for a long long time. I am no clairvoyant, no “seer”, no mystic of any sort. I’m just an older guy, grandfather of four, who has been extremely blessed my entire life – that fact is in hindsight. (more…)
